About the Role
You will be responsible for undertaking grounds maintenance activities across a variety of sites according to a provided schedule and recording completed work on a corporate system. Your duties will include operating and performing daily checks on powered and non-powered plant, tools and equipment such as vehicles, trailers, ride-on mowers and small handheld tools. You will carry out minor remedial work on non-assets like paving flags, organise daily activities with the Team Leader to ensure effective time utilisation and maintain material stock levels. Additionally, you will contribute to the training of new starters from the Youth Employment Programme and employment agencies. Adherence to Health and Safety requirements, company policies, and regulations is essential. You will identify site standard improvements and winter work during scheduled visits and work closely with process and network teams while on site. Experience
Practical experience in grounds maintenance, vegetation management, soft landscaping and building maintenance in an outdoor environment is required. Experience using handheld machinery such as pedestrian mowers, strimmers, blowers, pole saws, hedge cutters and ride-on mowers is essential.

Qualifications
