Glendale is a leading green space management service provider in the UK, specialising in tree care, grounds maintenance, and landscaping. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively. You will take responsibility for site operations including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and liaising with the public, visitors, and deliveries. You will proactively lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain workforce discipline. You will ensure the safe operation and maintenance of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, including daily checks and routine servicing. Additional duties may be assigned by the Supervisor as required.

Experience
Essential experience in Grounds Maintenance.
Confident with good people management skills.
Experienced in using a wide variety of small engine machinery.
Good IT knowledge.

Aware of all relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
Qualifications
Full, clean driving licence is essential.
