About the Role

As a Management Accountant, you will provide leadership in all aspects of financial reporting and financial control for our Hampshire region. You will be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with operational management to deliver accurate financial information.
Your responsibilities will include production and analysis of monthly management accounts, preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, and reviewing account certifications for direct reports to ensure audit readiness. You will prepare forecasts, budgets, and the Long Term Plan in conjunction with the General Manager and Financial Controller. Additionally, you will be involved in statutory accounts preparation and liaising with Group auditors, controlling and reporting capital expenditure, and performing financial analysis of operational data and KPIs.
You will also conduct post-investment financial reviews and analysis of long-term financial performance, working with clients on contract performance and adapting to any changes in service. Experience
A fully qualified ACCA or CIMA Accountant with previous relevant experience. Previous experience in business partnering is preferable. Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and broad system skills, preferably with experience using Workday and SAP.
