Starting from £29,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

About the Role
Join Thames Water’s North London team as a Night Network Service Technician in a varied, customer-facing role focused on resolving network challenges to ensure minimal disruption to customer supply. You will take personal ownership of customer queries, responding to and resolving issues at homes or workplaces. Collaborating with contractors, you will support planned and unplanned work, investigate clean water networks to address issues such as pressure irregularities, leakage, metering queries, and loss of supply. Your responsibilities will include controlling burst mains by isolating sections to facilitate planned work, emergency repairs, and maintenance. You will also manage valve operations, water sampling, valve checks, and planning. The role involves daily driving between jobs, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

This role includes a van, PPE, and a fuel card. You will receive 24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 with length of service (plus bank holidays). Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or utilities-based environment is essential.
- Proven customer service experience in a dynamic environment is required.
