About the Role

We are seeking highly experienced offshore wind professionals capable of acting as technical leads across consultancy and design scopes, particularly for WTG foundations and offshore substations. You will provide technical oversight, lead delivery teams, and contribute to the development of our engineering capability. This role involves leading complex projects with no direct supervision, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance, and interfacing directly with clients to present technical solutions, design justifications, and risk positions. You will also engage with our technical network to support innovation and development of designs, design tools, and client offerings, while providing technical guidance, mentoring, and quality oversight to engineers and senior engineers.

- Strong working knowledge of relevant international design codes and certification processes (DNV, IEC, Eurocodes)
- Experience resolving complex, high-risk or novel technical issues and managing technical risk
- Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and best practices

About you
You are a highly skilled and motivated professional capable of leading delivery teams with minimal supervision. You have excellent communication skills to interface directly with clients and internal teams. You are committed to innovation and continuous development of engineering capabilities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about mentoring and guiding engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
