To support business growth, we are seeking experienced professionals capable of leading delivery of offshore wind packages across Owner’s Engineer and technical advisory scopes, covering fixed and floating wind projects. This role requires strong delivery ownership, commercial awareness, and interface management capability. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating delivery of assigned packages such as turbines, foundations, cables, and substations; ensuring alignment with overall project programme, budget, and technical requirements; monitoring and managing contractor performance including progress, quality, risk, and commercial aspects; reviewing and managing design development to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and certification requirements; identifying and resolving interface risks and clashes across packages and disciplines; coordinating stakeholders including clients, contractors, certifiers, and internal engineering teams; and promoting and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards.
Experience
- Significant experience in offshore wind or large infrastructure with a proven track record managing major packages or workstreams
- Demonstrated success managing complex EPC or multi-contract packages
- Strong understanding of offshore wind technologies including turbines, foundations, cables, and substations
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and certification processes
- Knowledge of design, fabrication, and installation practices
- Strong interface and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working in Owner’s Engineer or client representative roles is desirable
