About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will deliver strong operational and financial performance while maintaining high levels of customer service and supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of your team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operatives, staff, and site-based support to maximise site capability and capacity. Compliance with Veolia and Fleet requirements through audits will be essential. You will use Power BI for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews, manage people and assets to deliver efficient and profitable service, and act as the nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for fleet management and compliance. Driving efficiencies, utilising data to improve operational performance, creating a customer excellence culture, and delivering a first-time collection culture will be key to your success. Experience
Previous experience in waste and fleet management is essential.
Financial management experience is required.
