About the Role

As an Operative, you will work as part of a team collecting waste from outside residential properties within West Berkshire. Your duties will include manually pulling bins and loading them onto refuse vehicles to tip the waste. You will use your communication skills to deliver a high standard of service to residents and accurately record work completed using mobile tablet devices, reporting any collection issues promptly. This role involves physical activity, including walking up to 10 miles per day in all weather conditions. Experience
Similar operational manual handling experience is preferred.
