As Plant Manager, you will lead a large team to deliver overall performance objectives including financial targets, production, plant availability, safety and compliance. You will manage the Facility in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements (VMR) toolkit standard, Environmental Permit requirements, ISO standards and ERF safety systems. Your responsibilities will include directing and coordinating all aspects of Energy Recovery, Mechanical Treatment and Material Recovery Facilities operations.

You will prepare annual budgets for Operations & Maintenance and manage P&L responsibility (Multi £M revenue). You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client contracts, drive high levels of contract performance and maintain strategic technical oversight. Additionally, you will record and process accidents, incidents and audit/inspection non-conformities in line with internal and external reporting processes.

Experience
Previous management experience in Energy Recovery, Power Generation or process industry.
Degree in an Engineering discipline with previous technical experience from a continuous process background.
Financial oversight and P&L management experience.
In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance requirements.
