Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 15:36, 38 hours per week including working on a call-out rota with additional payment. Once on full working pattern, you will work 1 weekend every 6 weeks.

Salary
Starting from £28,335 per annum depending on skills and experience.

About the Role

You will be part of the frontline operations team based in the picturesque Cotswolds, primarily at Bourton on the Water STW, ensuring the essential functions of wastewater treatment works operate efficiently to maintain supply and protect the environment.

In this essential frontline role, you will work outdoors in all weather conditions carrying out a variety of tasks including monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining equipment, reporting defects, and attempting first-time fixes where possible. You will take ownership of health and safety for yourself and your colleagues, escalating or resolving concerns as appropriate. You will also collate and report data to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in delivering against challenging upper-quartile business targets and performance commitments is desirable. Experience working within a team environment and maintaining effective internal and external relationships is essential.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence is required.
