About the Role
AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring continuous access to cloud innovation for customers worldwide. As a Product Manager for Compliance Digital Tools within AWS Environmental, you will own the full lifecycle of compliance digital tools—from requirements gathering and system design through configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing support. You will translate business needs into technical solutions that meet AWS environmental and compliance objectives, driving enhancements to keep pace with evolving requirements. This role requires partnering with internal and external stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, define clear processes, and secure alignment in a fast-moving, highly technical environment. You will serve as system administrator and champion innovative solutions across established and emerging technical architectures. Additionally, you will drive structured change management, training, and onboarding to ensure effective adoption of new tools. Developing a deep understanding of the business logic and architecture behind supported systems will enable you to resolve customer problems quickly and confidently. Requirements

Experience
- Customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing products and services
- Working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies
- Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field experience
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables
- Knowledge of environmental regulations
- Knowledge of agile product development and lifecycle management processes

About You
Strong data analytic capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and work independently while seeking guidance when needed. Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and writing strategic narratives. Strategic and tactical thinker able to balance short- and long-term needs, mitigate risks, and deliver simplified solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
