The Programme Management and Commercial Management (PMCM) team is seeking a Programme Manager to advise clients in the water sector, focusing on establishing programme management approaches for large-scale capital investments. You will work closely with clients to manage benefits, costs, and commercial aspects of programmes, ensuring financial efficiency and value.
Key responsibilities include managing projects and programmes from inception to completion, reporting performance metrics with accuracy and attention to detail, and continuously driving learning and innovation. You will lead collaborative improvement and change management initiatives, fostering a culture of coaching, innovation, safety, and accountability.
Your role will also involve independent research and analysis to develop strategies, resolve conflicts proactively, and prioritise solutions that drive project success and stakeholder alignment. Additionally, you will manage risks, provide recommendations, and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and empower team success.
Experience
Relevant experience as a programme manager or project manager is essential. Experience in the water sector is preferable. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
