About the Role

The Programme Management and Commercial Management (PMCM) team is seeking a Programme Manager to advise clients in the water sector, focusing on establishing programme management approaches for large-scale capital investments.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to manage benefits, costs, and commercial aspects of programmes, ensuring financial efficiency and value. You will oversee projects and programmes from inception to completion, driving successful delivery and operational success. Your responsibilities include reporting performance metrics with accuracy and quality, fostering continuous learning and innovation, and leading collaborative improvement and change management initiatives.

You will promote a culture of coaching, innovation, safety, accountability, and effective problem-solving. Analytical skills are essential for independent research, strategy development, conflict resolution, and prioritising solutions that align with project success and stakeholder needs. Additionally, you will manage risks proactively, provide recommendations, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and empower team success.

Experience
Relevant experience as a programme manager or project manager is required. Experience in the water sector is preferable. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
