About the Role
As a Renewable Energy Sales Consultant, you will work with warm, inbound enquiries from homeowners across the Southwest who are already interested in renewable energy solutions. This means no cold calling, door-knocking, or long-distance travel for appointments. Based in our friendly Helston office, you will engage in genuine conversations with customers looking to switch to cleaner, cheaper energy.

You will guide homeowners through their renewable journey from initial enquiry to agreed proposal, including conducting surveys (face-to-face or remote), designing tailored solutions involving Solar PV, battery storage, and heat pumps, and presenting clear, compelling proposals that highlight financial and carbon savings.

This role offers a guaranteed basic salary plus genuinely uncapped commission, providing you with the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your success. Experience
Previous sales experience or a background in construction, renewables, or the trades is important. If you do not have direct experience, you will need to demonstrate strong sales instincts or solid knowledge of renewable energy.

You can interpret data and explain solutions simply and clearly. A passion for renewable energy and helping people make sustainable choices is essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but full product and sales training will be provided along with ongoing development and industry courses.
