Location
Kentish Town, London (NW5 1TN) with occasional travel to South London

Hours
45 hours per week on a shift pattern, including a standby rota with additional payment

Salary
Starting salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

About the Role
As a Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will lead a two-person Repair & Maintenance (R&M) team responsible for repair and maintenance across our North London network. You will ensure all work is completed to the correct safety and quality standards. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and occasionally travelling to South London. You will be provided with a van and full PPE to support your duties. Requirements

Experience
- Experience or training in repair and maintenance within the water industry is essential.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Competent in using computers and other IT equipment is advantageous.

- Self-motivated and confident in completing tasks to the best of your ability.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a small team.
- Full UK driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications
- Street Works (NRSWA) and SSSTS qualification are essential.
- It is advantageous to hold an EUSR Water Hygiene card, Service Avoidance L2, and/or a First Aid qualification.
