About the Role
Are you experienced in governance, risk, and compliance, with a passion for driving operational excellence? This role is also known internally as Service Control Manager.

Your responsibilities will include providing oversight of governance, risk, compliance, and resilience activities across the Non-Household market. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective controls are in place, risks are managed appropriately, and regulatory obligations are met. Additional duties include maintaining compliance with regulatory, contractual, and industry obligations, owning and developing Risk and Control Matrices (RACM), supporting internal and external audits and regulatory reviews, embedding control operating requirements, managing Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and supporting information governance. You will also develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans to ensure service resilience.
