£34,219.05 per annum, plus Veolia benefits

About the Role
As a Supervisor at Veolia, you will play a key role in managing and delivering grounds maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include staff management such as absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, and performance monitoring. You will coordinate with SMBC services, support health and wellbeing initiatives, represent the company at local authority and resident meetings, and deliver employee inductions while maintaining training records. Additionally, you will oversee vehicle and equipment compliance, help manage transfer station and depot compliance, conduct crew inspections, and monitor contract work. Experience
Full UK driving licence
Experience with grounds maintenance equipment and machinery
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of environmental legislation
Experience in disciplinary investigations and absence monitoring
Computer literacy

Qualifications
Desirable:
- Experience in grounds maintenance contracts
- Horticultural qualification or equivalent practical experience
- PA1 & PA6 Certification
- IOSH Managing Safety certification
- Accident investigation experience (advantageous)
