£33,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
About the Role
This is an exciting role leading the delivery and development of material supply for our Minor Capital Works and Trunk Main Leakage workstreams at Crossness Distribution Hub. You will be part of the Inventory stock management team, focusing on supply chain aspects of stock availability and KPI analysis to identify root causes. You will manage the team email inbox, facilitate new orders, ensure timely action, and resolve queries. Additionally, you will determine work cancellations and liaise with third parties to understand reasons for deviations and cancellations.
Key responsibilities include processing orders using Microsoft Excel and SAP, acting as the main contact for the Inventory and Supply Operational team and contracted partners, interpreting KPIs for stock movement activities, supporting line management with daily tasks, managing order requests and queries, expediting supplier purchase orders, maintaining system master data, performing generic admin and data analytics, liaising with operations teams on daily deliveries, creating regular reports and dashboards, and managing customer queries and complaints related to spares job orders.

Experience
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and SAP is beneficial.
- Experience in stock management or supply chain coordination is advantageous.
