About the Role
This is an exciting new role to lead the delivery and development of supply of materials to our Minor Capital Works and Trunk Main Leakage workstreams at Crossness Distribution Hub. You will be part of the Inventory stock management team, focusing on Supply Chain aspects of stock availability and KPI analysis, including root cause investigation. You will manage the team email inbox, facilitate new orders, ensure timely action, and help resolve queries. Additionally, you will determine work cancellations and engage with third parties to understand reasons for deviations and cancellations.

Your key responsibilities will include processing all orders using Microsoft Excel and SAP, acting as the main point of contact for the Inventory and Supply Operational team and contracted partners, interpreting KPIs for stock movement activities, and establishing end-to-end processes to ensure compliance. You will provide support to Line Management on daily tasks, monitor and manage the Outlook inbox to maintain high customer satisfaction, manage order requests from MCW TML Teams, liaise with teams regarding order queries, support expediting of supplier purchase orders, create and maintain system master data, perform generic admin and data input and analytics, liaise with Operations teams to provide insights on daily deliveries, produce regular reports and dashboards, and manage customer queries and complaints related to spares job orders and requirements.

Requirements

Experience
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and SAP is beneficial
- Experience in managing stock or supply chain processes is advantageous

- Excellent project and time management skills

- Strong organisational and time management abilities

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience and skills in supply chain coordination and data management are preferred
