This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high-profile projects focused on Active Travel, Bus Priority, Highway Improvement, and Infrastructure schemes. You will lead technical delivery, client engagement, and business development within a growing team recognised as market leaders in transportation. The role involves managing multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring quality and compliance with standards, and supporting community engagement and construction management. You will work closely with internal teams across various disciplines and locations, driving innovation and excellence. Experience
Proven leadership in team management, business development, client relationship management, project management, and delivery within highways and active travel sectors. Experience leading multi-disciplinary transportation projects and working with local and national clients.

Qualifications
A relevant degree and Chartered status with a recognised professional institution or equivalent industry experience.
