About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Join a specialist team transforming healthcare through construction excellence, delivering world-class facilities and outstanding patient environments. You will contribute to a multi-million-pound programme, placing you at the heart of major construction works with the opportunity to shape outcomes and have a lasting impact on communities and cities.
In this role, you will develop and maintain information requirements and standards, manage processes within a common data environment, and lead the delivery of the information management function for the project team. Your responsibilities include supporting the project lifecycle, assessing resources and scope to meet project goals, assigning resources, and assuring information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR) in line with ISO 19650.
You will develop dashboards to track resource allocation, create object library strategies, and lead the client's digital handover strategy. Maintaining a deep understanding of ISO19650 and applicable standards, implementing governance and assurance processes, and enhancing client relationships to secure and extend contracts are key aspects of the role.
Additional duties include liaising with the Mace Programme Lead to align bid responses with client goals, monitoring digital handover completion, participating in industry events to stay current with BIM developments, recruiting new talent for the BIM team, researching compliance with regulations, and reviewing bid responses for compliance and alignment with Mace Consult's capabilities.
You will also manage Autodesk Construction Cloud accounts, review BIM Execution Plans, evaluate current and emerging technology solutions to improve BIM processes, stay updated on classification developments, and provide BIM knowledge sharing sessions to upskill client teams, project managers, and design teams.
Working collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition, you will share responsibility for identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
Mace values safety, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunities for people to excel. We are an inclusive employer welcoming diverse candidates and open to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working options where suitable.

Experience in developing digital handover strategies, BIM Execution Plans, and implementing governance and assurance processes. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and emerging BIM technologies is essential.
About you
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. Passionate about healthcare innovation and construction excellence.
