About the Role
Join AECOM’s dynamic Water team as an Associate Flood Forecasting Modeller and play a senior technical role leading teams to deliver real-time flood forecasting projects. You will produce high-quality technical reports, lead tenders, mentor team members, and build strong client relationships. Stay up to date with relevant legislation and guidelines while using AECOM’s project management systems to deliver projects on time and within budget. Become part of a team of around 700 water experts across the UK & Ireland, collaborating on projects from concept to completion in an inclusive and forward-thinking environment that supports your career growth and work-life balance.
Experience

About you
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic, deadline-driven team. Strong commitment, willingness to learn, and passion for innovation. Excellent analytical skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
