About the Role
Gardiner & Theobald LLP is an independent construction and property consultancy committed to delivering world-class service to clients. Our dedicated team of over 1,300 professionals provides Cost Management, Project Management, and Specialist Consultancy services from UK and US offices, united by a purpose to build a better tomorrow. We measure success by the value we create for clients, the careers we build for our people, and our contribution to communities, aligning profit with social and environmental responsibility.
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to support business growth and maintain our high standards of service across a diverse client base. You will work within a dynamic cost team, reporting directly to senior leadership, focusing on high-profile infrastructure projects, particularly in the Energy sector.

Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels will be key to project and business success.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Leadership Team with contract management, cost management, estimating, planning and reporting, procurement and tendering, and risk management. You will oversee monthly reporting, contract administration, risk supervision, and change control procedures, acting independently in the project’s interest.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on stimulating projects without sector boundaries, within a supportive environment focused on training and career development.
