About the Role
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will assess compliance documentation across all grant funding streams and ensure that all relevant paperwork is checked and approved for energy measures installed through both internal and subcontractor works. You will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of installers, addressing any gaps where necessary, and provide training to upskill key employees on submission documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to assist in process improvement and the implementation of new procedures, while accurately maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in a similar administration role dealing with ECO/Local Grant Work is desirable. Familiarity with government funding programmes and regulations related to sustainability and energy efficiency is beneficial.

About You
You will have effective organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and MS Teams, is essential. A proactive approach to process improvement and training others is important.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated as mandatory; however, relevant experience and skills related to compliance coordination and administration will be advantageous.
