Field based role working across Merseyside, based in St Helens.

Hours
Full-time, 39 hours per week (Monday – Thursday: 8am – 4:30pm, Friday: 8am – 3:30pm)

Salary
£40,870 per annum (FTE)

About the Role
As an Electrician at M&Y Maintenance and Construction, you will carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and testing works on social housing and private properties within our client’s portfolio. You may also be required to participate in an emergency call-out rota. You will work closely with the electrical team, other trade staff at M&Y, and wider teams across The Regenda Group. The role requires excellent organisational skills as you will often work independently, using your own initiative to deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

Experience
Experience working in social housing is advantageous but not essential.

About you
You will be a good team player with excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be able to work independently, use your own initiative, and have strong organisational skills. Knowledge of and adherence to all health and safety protocols is essential. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- B.S.7671 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification
- Inspection and testing certificate, 2391/4/5 or equivalent
- Complete NICEIC certificates or equivalent
