St Helens office base, field based role working across Merseyside.

Hours
Full-time (37 hours per week), part-time and flexible working patterns available.

Salary
Annual salary of £46,289 (FTE).

About the Role
Our Electrical Supervisors at M&Y oversee the delivery of internal and external contracts including Responsive Repairs, Electrical testing programmes, Void properties, and planned investment works, ensuring customer centricity is at the heart of everything we do. You will work collaboratively with all clients to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective service. You will manage the performance of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring appointments, targets, customer satisfaction, compliance, and policies are met. Weekly site visits to carry out inspections are required. This is a permanent role within a well-established company that is part of The Regenda Group, a forward-thinking housing business with over 40 years of experience and more than 200 permanent employees. M&Y Maintenance and Construction provides responsive repairs, planned works, renewables, facilities management, and new build services across the North West.

Requirements

Experience
- Previous experience as a QS within a company and familiarity with NICEIC documentation and guidelines.
- Experience working within the social housing sector and dealing with the general public.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and agreed targets, and work on own initiative.

Qualifications
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 equivalent in an electro-technical subject (Essential).
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent (Essential).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential).
- Full UK driving licence (required to cover on-call emergency duties as part of a rota).
