At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for a Contract Supervisor to look after the smooth running of Operations and field teams to deliver a high standard of quality to our Commercial clients. You will assist the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance and oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system. You will motivate, support and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area, monitor staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness, and proactively lead by example, especially in QHSE requirements. Responsibilities also include maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant and equipment, enforcement of quality and customer care ethics through the workforce, maintaining workforce discipline, and taking responsibility for health and safety while actively participating in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture.

Experience
Demonstrable track record of leading staff or small teams. Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.
