In this role, you will assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively. You will take responsibility for site operations including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and liaising with the public, visitors, and deliveries. You will lead by example, motivating and guiding your team while maintaining discipline.

You will also ensure the safe operation and maintenance of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, including daily checks and routine servicing with proper record keeping. Additional duties may be assigned by the Supervisor as required.

Experience
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance is essential.
- Experienced in using a wide variety of small engine machinery.
- Good IT knowledge.

Qualifications
- Full, clean driving licence is required.
- PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
