At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for a Contract Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of operations and field teams to deliver a high standard of quality to our commercial clients. You will assist the Contract Manager in the effective management of programmed maintenance, oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system, and motivate, support, and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area. Key responsibilities include monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness, proactively leading by example especially in QHSE requirements, maintaining security of vehicles, plant and equipment, enforcing quality and customer care ethics, maintaining workforce discipline, and taking responsibility for health and safety while actively participating in the improvement of the overall company Health and Safety culture.

Experience
Demonstrable track record of leading staff or small teams. Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.

Enthusiastic with strong leadership and great communication skills. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment. Understands and subscribes to the importance of working as a team. Good IT skills are essential. A valid driving licence is required.
