The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Contract Support to join a busy commercial and operational team based in Brent Cross Town.

This is a key support role responsible for financial reporting, contract administration, purchase order management, and month-end support activities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient contract delivery, and strong client service.

Important to Know

  • This is a full-time office-based commercial support role

  • Requires experience in finance, contract administration, or similar operational support functions

  • Involves regular reporting cycles, including month-end and quarterly reviews

  • Occasional site visits may be required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce financial and statistical reports for assigned contracts

  • Support month-end P&L reviews with senior finance and management teams

  • Oversee daily contract administration tasks across assigned sites

  • Raise and manage work orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices

  • Monitor WIP, debt, purchase invoices, and open purchase orders

  • Ensure timely delivery of parts and services

  • Oversee maintenance invoicing across contracts

  • Collate data for internal and external monthly reporting

  • Respond professionally to client and customer enquiries

  • Submit overtime reports and monitor engineer schedules

  • Maintain accurate client records and conduct quarterly audits

  • Attend meetings and carry out occasional site visits

  • Undertake additional administrative duties as required

Requirements
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar contract support or admin role

  • Strong understanding of financial and operational administration processes

  • Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and reporting systems

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

  • Must live in the following boroughs: Barnet, Brent or Camden
