Role Overview

We are looking for reliable CSCS Card holders for site-based construction labouring work.

This role is suited to someone with previous labouring or manual work experience who is confident working on a busy construction site, following instructions, and maintaining high safety standards.

Important Eligibility Information

Applicants must have:

• Valid CSCS Card
• UTR Number

Applications cannot be progressed without both.

What You’ll Do

• Support general labouring duties on site
• Move, load and unload materials safely
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and hazard-free
• Assist trades and site teams where needed
• Follow site instructions, health and safety procedures, and supervisor guidance
• Use PPE correctly and work safely at all times

• Valid CSCS Card
• UTR Number
• Previous experience in a construction labourer or similar manual role preferred
• Basic understanding of construction site safety and procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high safety standards
