About the Role

Our ongoing client relationships across the UK provide opportunities to work on an exciting range of projects within the regulated water industry. We are seeking Design Managers to support major programmes across the South of England, including significant projects under Thames Water's Asset, Capital & Engineering framework.
As a Design Manager within our Major Projects community, you will lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will oversee all aspects of delivery, including design & build projects, detailed design delivery, and owners engineer services, requiring complex collaboration both internally and externally.
You will identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work closely with clients and partner organisations, plan technical delivery, and lead teams to deliver best value and client service excellence. This role offers the chance to join a growing business unit with huge potential, driving continuous improvements and best practice within the regulated water sector.

Experience
Proven experience providing design leadership on major projects, ideally as a Design Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Leader. Experience working on large and complex construction or engineering projects, particularly within the water or related infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders and to mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifications
