About the Role
When you see the world as we do, you see the chance to help the world take better care of its resources, and help it become a better place for everyone. It’s why we’re looking for someone who’s just as committed as we are, to push for genuine change and bring our ambition of Ecological Transformation to life. We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.
As a Digital Transformation Manager, you’ll work across your Customer Sites using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden our operational teams face by automating the back office system. You'll also work with the onsite management team to improve the quality and use of data to achieve operational and client requirements.
You will own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper processes and activity and support national project rollouts. Deliver product roadmaps with the support of the central operational systems team. Work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting are effectively used to improve the efficiency and performance of the services.
Using the latest advances in technology you will optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or innovative application of new technology. Develop and implement technology to drive the digitisation of our services, helping to remove paper-based processes and automate processes as much as possible.
Support the implementation of our digital training strategy to deliver operational end-user training. Support our teams with service changes, which drive efficiency through routing improvements, using spatial (GIS) technology to assist. Manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis and as part of work on our operational systems.
What we can offer you: Access to our company pension scheme, discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers, access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health so you can lean on us whenever you need to, 24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household, one paid day’s leave every year to volunteer and support your community, ongoing training and development opportunities allowing you to reach your full potential, and Stream - Employee financial wellbeing support including early access to your earned pay, savings, budgeting, financial coaching and rewards.
