About the Role
Are you ready to take on an exciting HGV driver role with Veolia? We are seeking a Class 1 HGV driver to operate roll on roll off vehicles at our paper and cardboard material recovery facility. This role involves vehicle checks, paper and cardboard waste collections, container collections and tipping, load security, collections of confidential paper waste, manual handling tasks such as opening and closing container doors, use of ratchet straps, moving wheelie bins, emptying consoles, and operating lifting equipment including bin lifts and tail lifts. You will ensure all loads are secured safely and efficiently while contributing to our mission of helping the world take better care of its resources and communities.

Experience
Previous experience as a Class 1 HGV driver operating roll on roll off vehicles is preferred.

You have a can-do attitude and strong time management skills. You are reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to contribute positively to the team and environment.

Qualifications
Valid Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence
Up to date CPC and Digi card
