About the Role
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than one third of all food produced globally is wasted, contributing to 10% of greenhouse gas emissions. Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses with surplus food to consumers who can buy it at a significantly reduced price. As a certified B Corporation, we also create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to reduce food waste.

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Manager to join our UK office in London. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth and optimisation of key partnerships with large Out of Home (hospitality and food-to-go) partners, fully owning relationships with some of the UK’s most loved food and beverage chains.

Your primary responsibility will be to increase our footprint across partner portfolios by expanding active stores and saving more food from being wasted. You will build strong rapport with key stakeholders, engage them with Too Good To Go’s mission, and collaborate closely with internal teams including Store Operations, Marketing, and global commercial functions to ensure ongoing account excellence.

The role includes managing a portfolio of large national chains autonomously, developing tailored joint business plans, leveraging product knowledge to support partner opportunities, analysing data to identify growth and improvement areas, commercial planning and forecasting, embedding food waste reduction importance with partners, market research and solution selling, internal collaboration, and pipeline management including training key stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong Key Account Management experience, ideally within the Out of Home sector
- Proven track record of achieving business growth with existing accounts and creating urgency within long sales cycles
- Excellent commercial acumen, ideally with experience of MEDDIC sales methodology
- Proficient in data analysis and MS Excel to create performance reports, projections, and identify trends and opportunities

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations using data-driven insights
