When you see the world as we do, you see the chance to help the world take better care of its resources and help it become a better place for everyone. As an Environmental Technician you’ll be pushing for innovative solutions to create a more sustainable future for all. You will support the delivery of the environmental monitoring programme across three Energy Recovery Facilities in Hampshire. Your responsibilities will include coordinating monitoring activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring reports are completed accurately and on time. You will also help maintain monitoring equipment and infrastructure, escalate any issues appropriately, support Facility Managers with environmental compliance and legislation queries, keep up to date with relevant environmental legislation and industry developments, and contribute to continuous improvement across environmental monitoring and compliance activities. Veolia offers 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, access to a company pension scheme, discounts on groceries and retailers, resources to support physical, mental and financial health, 24-hour virtual GP access for you and your household, one paid day leave per year to volunteer, and ongoing training and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential.
