About the Role
Join Anglian Water Services Ltd as a Field Technician in Water Recycling Services, playing a vital role in safeguarding the environment, public health, and maintaining critical infrastructure. You will tackle issues such as blockages, odours, flooding, and incidents within our sewerage network while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to environmental regulatory standards. Your duties will include operating a single-person high-pressure water jetting unit and CCTV equipment, investigating and resolving sewerage issues, responding to incidents, and completing planned maintenance work. The role involves predominately lone working and daily engagement with both internal and external customers. As part of the standby roster, you will be expected to undertake additional out-of-hours work to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Safety is paramount, and you will be required to uphold all health and safety protocols diligently. Experience
Experience or willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Hands-on/manual experience is beneficial but not essential.

About you
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full driving licence required; a 4.5 tonne licence is advantageous (training will be provided if needed)
- Ability to work safely within confined spaces and at height without restrictions
- Maximum weight limit of 113 kilograms due to harness weight restrictions
- Willingness to complete relevant occupational health checks including Hand-arm Vibration (HAV)
