About the Role
The water industry is transforming — faster, bolder, smarter. As a Flow Technology Development Manager within our pioneering Flow team, you will lead innovation and technology development across Water Recycling assets to improve flow compliance and environmental outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to re-imagine what’s possible for Water Recycling by scouting new technologies, rethinking traditional processes, and delivering practical, evidence-based change that benefits customers and the environment.

You will spark new ideas and drive innovation projects from concept through to strategy and solution, initiate and manage programmes transforming Water Recycling system operations, collaborate closely with operational teams, and ensure alignment with long-term business goals. You will also champion best practices, build strong connections, and inspire curiosity and creativity within your team.

Experience
- Proven track record of initiating solutions to overcome complex technical problems.
- Experience in systems-based thinking, ideally within the water industry.
- Relevant hands-on experience within Water Recycling.
- Solid understanding of Water Recycling assets and processes.
- Proven ability to build productive, credible relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Confident user of IT systems and applications with outstanding IT capability.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
