About the Role
Reporting directly to the Group HSEQ Director (Water Treatment), you will act as a vital administrative link between head office, regional teams, and executive leaders. You will manage your own workload independently—tracking ESG project metrics, producing formatted documentation, and coordinating travel. Following an initial onboarding phase visiting our various UK sites, you will maintain a regular presence (3–4 days per month) to build strong internal relationships, audit administrative alignment, and support operational projects. Your role will involve applying basic project management skills to support ESG initiatives, group sustainability goals, and operational workflows. You will meticulously format corporate documentation and track data using advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Handling sensitive personnel, operational, and corporate data with absolute discretion and integrity is essential. You will build collaborative relationships with staff at all business levels, from frontline field technicians to senior directors.
Experience
Proven experience in a senior administrative or project support role (Essential). Exposure to basic project management principles or tracking ESG/HSEQ workflows is highly desirable.

Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word. Exceptional ability to manage your own workload, prioritize tasks, and work independently from a home base. Confident, professional communicator who maintains strict confidentiality. Full UK Driving Licence with total willingness to travel to UK sites (3–4 days per month after initial onboarding). Ideally based in the Midlands.
