About the Role
Join Geowarmth, part of the Hometree Group, as a Heat Pump Installer specialising in the installation and maintenance of air and ground source heat pump systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including domestic, commercial, and new-build sectors, delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. You will be responsible for installing heat pump systems in line with manufacturer specifications and local regulations, performing maintenance and repairs, system testing and commissioning, and providing excellent customer communication. You will also maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance standards. This is a pivotal role supporting the transition to low-carbon living and sustainable homeownership across the UK.

Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing and heating installations, including underfloor heating and unvented cylinders
- Experience installing air and/or ground source heat pumps
- Familiarity with minor electrical work is preferred

About you
- Skilled and qualified professional with a strong commitment to quality and safety
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and undertake ongoing training
- Full UK driving licence with 6 points or less

Qualifications
- Qualified plumber, pipe fitter, or heating engineer
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (required)
- Domestic HWSS (Unvented) Regulations qualification
- Experience with heating and hot water systems including unvented cylinders, radiator circuits, and underfloor heating
- Additional certifications such as HETAS, Gas Safe, F-Gas, ventilation qualifications, and CSCS card are highly beneficial
