About the Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for driving vehicles such as 18t Dust Cast, 7.5t Cage, or 12t Scarab depending on business needs. You will ensure any spillage of waste is cleared at the time of collection to leave sites litter free. When entering premises, you must comply with site rules and Health & Safety procedures. You will adhere to all road traffic legislation including parking restrictions, security, and weight limits, with the company operating a zero tolerance policy on overweight vehicles. At the end of each shift, you will ensure the tipper is empty and the cab is clean and clear of litter, uniform, and personal effects. Additional duties include helping load bins and containers when required and completing daily vehicle checks as per the driver operator handbook.

Experience
Previous Class 2 driving experience is essential. Waste industry experience is desirable but not required.
