About the Role

We are looking for a committed HWRC Operative to join us in delivering our ambition of Ecological Transformation. You will play a vital role in supporting our communities, protecting the environment, and contributing to an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include advising the public on correct waste disposal methods, ensuring site rules are followed, managing traffic flow on-site, checking ID and permits from residents and users, maintaining site cleanliness, sorting and moving waste streams, and upholding health and safety standards. You will also report any issues related to site rule observance to the management team and assist with any other requests as needed.
