About the Role
Join Anglian Water Services Ltd as an Innovation Project Manager within the Research and Innovation (R&I) Solutions team. This specialist role is responsible for the development and delivery of innovation initiatives aligned with our business plan and purpose, looking ahead up to 25 years. You will collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery, driving new solutions and fostering innovation throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities include ensuring investments meet safety, time, cost, and quality standards; engaging staff across the business in innovation processes; promoting visibility and understanding of R&I partnerships and platforms; supporting colleagues to benefit from external funding such as the Ofwat Innovation Fund; collaborating with leaders to encourage innovative solutions; managing project risks and escalating issues; developing innovation processes and workflows; leading business case development for innovations ready for integration; and reviewing proposals from suppliers and innovators to identify technologies suitable for Anglian Water.

Experience
- Proven experience and knowledge in Water and/or Water recycling services
- Proven project management experience in complex and high uncertainty projects
About you
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
- Ability to collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Project management qualifications such as Prince2, Prosci, or APM are desirable but not essential
- Experience in data analysis, benefits realisation planning, and business case development
