About the Role
The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project involves the planning, design, and construction of approximately 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water’s region. The SPA Alliance will also be responsible for future interconnector pipelines, adding a further 260km of strategic pipelines and infrastructure. This role is remote and offered on a full-time, fixed-term contract until December 2027.

As Lead CAD/BIM Revit Engineer, you will lead the development of MEP, process, civils Non-Infra, and structural Revit models. You will approve model geometry, metadata, and model maturity progression, create and maintain Revit families, schedules, templates, and discipline libraries, and conduct technical reviews on models produced by others before issue. You will lead Non-Infra modelling work allocation and planning across multiple work packages, own and maintain Non-Infra Revit modelling procedures ensuring compliance, and manage Revit model QA/QC including audits, clash resolution, and quality gates.

You will proactively identify modelling risks and escalate or mitigate early, lead the integration of Safety in Design (SiD) information within Revit models, ensuring models include maintenance zones, hazard tagging, and temporary works information where applicable. Additionally, you will lead cross-discipline coordination workshops for Non-Infra assets and act as the key liaison between process, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil Non-Infra designers and BIM teams. You will provide leadership for the Non-Infra Revit working group, driving collaboration and excellence in digital delivery.

Experience
Demonstrable experience leading Revit modelling on complex water, wastewater, or process engineering projects. Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, Revit Structures, Process Plant modelling, and multi-disciplinary interfaces. Proficiency in model federation, clash detection, and model validation. Experience in progressive assurance and digital delivery compliance. Proven ability to influence colleagues with sound advice to achieve the best outcomes. Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks and realising project opportunities. Understanding of project affordability and commercial performance improvement. Knowledge of individual CDM responsibilities and application of health, safety, and welfare practices.

Qualifications
Desirable professional registration or working towards Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
