About the Role
Discover the company where you will make a difference! Our top priority is to find and fix any leaks in our system – and to help customers plug leaks at home and at work too. Every day we have 300 people finding and fixing leaks and spend £14 million each year driving down leakage.

This is a reactive and proactive role; you’ll support planned maintenance and be the first on the scene to repair unexpected leaks.
Developing your leak detection skills every day, you’ll carry out sounding, correlating and use Enigma Correlating Noise Loggers to accurately detect water leaks on our network.
As a valued employee, you’ll be entitled to:
- Personal private health care
- 23 days annual leave, rising with length of service
- Flexible working
- Access to a company vehicle, tools and all uniform and PPE
- Competitive pension scheme – Anglian Water double-matches your contributions up to 6%
- Bonus scheme
- Flexible benefits to support your wellbeing and lifestyle
Experience
Ideally previous operational leakage experience including leak detection, resolving customer supply pipe leaks, distribution and leakage repair; however, full training will be provided.
About you
You’ll be enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious with a real desire to drive your career forward. Keen to learn new things with excellent customer service skills, you’ll be a good communicator with a desire to make a solid contribution to your team.
