Location
Home based role covering sites across the UK with occasional attendance at the head office in Huntingdon.

Hours
Flexible hours based on work requirements, minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

Salary
Circa £42,000 per annum plus company car.

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, driven and talented individual to join the Alpheus team as our Service Delivery Manager. You will ensure the highest standards of delivery for our operations and maintenance services across the UK. Reporting to the UK O&M Manager, you will have direct leadership and line management responsibilities for teams of highly skilled and experienced field engineers and plant operators. Your role will involve monitoring and delivering high standards of health and safety, performance, quality, and compliance across customer sites, while building strong customer relationships. Alpheus, the commercial arm of Anglian Water Group, is a successful designer, builder, and operator of water and wastewater assets, delivering compliant, cost-effective, and reliable solutions for almost thirty years. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a growing high-performance organisation operating centrally in Huntingdon and across major UK sites.

Experience
Demonstrable experience within the water or wastewater operations industry. Relevant experience in team management or leadership duties. Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering. Experience in risk assessment, document control, job planning, inspections/auditing, and IT is desirable. Industry standard health and safety qualification is preferred.
