Our two-year graduate programme offers diverse placements across operational teams, providing hands-on experience and leadership development. You will gain exposure to operational incident response, risk management, service performance, planning and optimisation, financial and commercial decision-making, environmental sustainability, water production, distribution networks, safety leadership, and regulatory responsibilities.

You will also benefit from shadowing opportunities across supporting teams, gaining insight into business decision-making and leadership. Throughout the programme, mentors, technical experts, and operational leaders will support you as you deliver meaningful projects that create real value.

This is more than a graduate programme; it is a pathway to becoming a confident, capable operational leader with the breadth of experience needed to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across operational teams.

Experience

Qualifications
You must have obtained, in the last 3 years, or be studying towards, a minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline and be graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
