As a Management Accountant, you will provide strong financial support to the Industrial Services business unit within Veolia UK, principally from the Romsey office. You will be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with operational management to deliver accurate financial information.

Your responsibilities will include the production and analysis of monthly management accounts, preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and checklists, and preparation of forecasts, budgets, and the Long Term Plan in conjunction with Operations Managers, Directors, the Finance Manager, and Financial Controller. You will also control and report on capital expenditure, perform financial analysis of operational data and KPIs, assist with corporate governance financial models, conduct post-investment financial reviews, and support other ad hoc business requirements.

Experience
A fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant with previous relevant experience. Previous experience in business partnering is preferable. Good working knowledge of spreadsheets is essential. Broad system skills are required, with working knowledge of Workday desirable but not essential.
