About the Role
As a Manager with Tetra Tech International Development, you will lead the successful delivery of complex international development programmes focused on sustainable economic growth in emerging markets. You will manage large, complex programmes ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client requirements are met. Initially, you will take day-to-day responsibility for an existing economic growth programme, expected to account for around half of your time, with potential portfolio growth over time. You will support business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping pursuit strategies, and developing tailored proposals in collaboration with partners. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and internal teams will be key to supporting delivery and growth. You will also contribute to the wider Economic Growth and Infrastructure Practice through knowledge sharing and mentoring junior staff. This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for international travel to programme locations.

- Strong proposal writing skills.
- Technically adept with strong knowledge of inclusive economic growth challenges and opportunities in developing country contexts.
- Ability to build strong external networks with partners and experts relevant to geographic and thematic priorities.

About you
