As a Senior Transport Planner within our Manchester-based Transport North team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, development-led transport planning solutions. You will work across both private and public sector projects, contributing to a wide range of schemes including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role blends technical delivery with collaboration—producing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Environmental Impact Assessment inputs, while engaging with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. You will also support junior colleagues and contribute to business development through client interaction and proposal preparation.

Experience
Relevant industry experience in transport planning, including preparation of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS is advantageous.

Qualifications
A degree or Masters in transport planning, civil engineering, geography, or a related field is required. Professional accreditation such as CIHT, CILT, TPP, or ICE is desirable.
